Ingredients:
- 50g (2 oz) YAKÉVA flour
- 150g white or brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200g melted chocolate
- 150g melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
Instructions:
- Melt the butter.
- In a salad bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs one by one and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Melt the chocolate and add it to the dough along with the vanilla.
- Mix to obtain a homogeneous paste.
- Add the cassava flour, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and the baking powder.
- Mix well and pour your dough into a buttered square mold.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Leave to cool and unmold.
