Cassava Flour Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 50g (2 oz) YAKÉVA flour
  • 150g white or brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g melted chocolate
  • 150g melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one by one and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  4. Melt the chocolate and add it to the dough along with the vanilla.
  5. Mix to obtain a homogeneous paste.
  6. Add the cassava flour, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and the baking powder.
  7. Mix well and pour your dough into a buttered square mold.
  8. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
  9. Leave to cool and unmold.
