Cassava Flour Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 220g (80z) YAKÉVA flour
  • 200 mL (7 fl. oz) 1 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla or nutmeg sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a salad bowl and mix the liquid ingredients in another. Then pour the liquid paste into the powders. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous paste.
  2. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook your pancakes in a pre-heated and greased pan for 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Repeat the operation until the dough is used up.

Enjoy your delicious YAKÉVA pancakes with the topping of your choice: syrup, chocolate, honey, jam and/or fruit!
