Ingredients:
- 220g (80z) YAKÉVA flour
- 200 mL (7 fl. oz) 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla or nutmeg sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Mix the dry ingredients in a salad bowl and mix the liquid ingredients in another. Then pour the liquid paste into the powders. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous paste.
- Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- Cook your pancakes in a pre-heated and greased pan for 30 seconds on each side.
- Repeat the operation until the dough is used up.
