Cassava Flour Gourmet Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 150g YAKÉVA cassava flour
  • 60g sugar
  • 75g melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts

Instructions:

  1. Start by mashing the bananas and set them aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar, egg, and melted butter vigorously for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Finally, add the cassava flour and stir with a spatula. You can add chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts to taste.
  5. Shape the cookies by taking a portion of dough, forming a ball, and flattening it with your hands to create round cookies.
  6. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 25 minutes.
  7. Let them rest for 10 minutes before enjoying.
