The marble cake is a classic in pastry. With this recipe, you can make either a full-sized cake or mini cakes as we suggest.
For this recipe, you will need:
- 1 yogurt (the pot will be used as a measuring cup)
- 3 pots of YAKÉVA cassava flour
- 2 pots of sugar
- 100ml melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 teaspoons pure cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
Instructions:
- In a bowl, vigorously mix the yogurt, eggs, and sugar.
- Add the YAKÉVA cassava flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar. Stir until you get a smooth batter.
- Finally, add the melted butter and mix again.
- Pour 1/3 or half of the batter into another bowl (depending on how much marble effect you want) and add the pure cocoa powder. Mix well.
- Grease your mold if it's not silicone. Pour in the batter, alternating between the plain batter and the cocoa batter. Then, swirl the batters together in the mold using a skewer or toothpick.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
