Ingredients:
- 150g YAKÉVA cassava flour
- 60g sugar
- 75g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 ripe bananas
- Chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts
Instructions:
- Start by mashing the bananas and set them aside.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, egg, and melted butter vigorously for 3 minutes.
- Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Finally, add the cassava flour and stir with a spatula. You can add chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts to taste.
- Shape the cookies by taking a portion of dough, forming a ball, and flattening it with your hands to create round cookies.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 25 minutes.
- Let them rest for 10 minutes before enjoying.
